ClearCanyon Mindset Lab

Frequently asked questions

Do these courses replace financial advice or therapy?

No. Our courses are educational. They can complement but do not replace advice from licensed professionals or mental health care.

What is financial psychology?

It studies how emotions, beliefs, and contexts shape money choices. We translate research into practical routines and reflective prompts.

Are courses self-paced or cohort-based?

Most are self-paced with optional live circles. Selected courses run as small cohorts for accountability and peer reflection.

How long do I have access?

At least 12 months from purchase. Cohort call recordings are available for 60 days where applicable.

Do I get a certificate?

You receive a completion certificate for eligible courses. These are not academic credits.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund for self-paced courses if you complete less than 20% of the material. Cohorts have a 7-day window before sessions begin.

Is there financial aid?

Yes. We reserve a limited number of sliding-scale seats each quarter. Contact us to learn more.

How do I choose a course?

Start with your immediate friction—budgeting stress, communication, or investment anxiety. Use the filters in the catalog to narrow by level and duration.

Can my team take these courses?

Yes. We offer team licenses and private cohorts for organizations. Reach out via the contact page.
